Baby Massage is designed to soothe and relax you and your baby. You will learn our comprehensive massage routine including our “Colic Alleviation & Prevention’ routine and our specially designed Baby Reflexology treatments. Perfect to nurture both you and baby from birth.
Baby Yoga is the perfect follow on class from baby massage. The sessions are fun, informative and relaxing and provide great enjoyment and many benefits for both yourself and baby. The classes are suitable for babies from approximately 3 months old up until they crawl. No prior yoga experience required!
